It is crucial to challenge together the vital questions in the organization, and requires openness to come to a shared understanding of issues like:

IWF has years of experience in facilitation workshops and seminars with management groups away from the organization, where the distance and the time out from the work space creates the right setting for discussing the groups foundation as well as its burning challenges. The scale is from one stand-alone day, over a 24 hour “leadership camp” and up to 6 or 7 management days linked in a process over a year.
A management group can e.g. be the top management, a regional management group or a department with several team leaders. The design of the workshop or seminar will be tailor-made when we find out, what the goals and wishes for the process look like.
